Silk ribbons have arrived! Fist batch of art supplies for the new year. I need to compare these to the synthetic ribbons I usually use in my work. I'd like to see if they are worth the extra dollars and cents. My goal is to find the ribbons they use in the period films to tie back hair. They always look so lush, silky and soft. Next shipments will be wool, and bird forms. I will be revisiting the studio this weekend after a much too long absence. I will keep the updates flying in.
